About the Role

As our Senior Property Manager, you'll oversee a diverse residential portfolio while supporting tenants, stakeholders, and team members.

Key responsibilities include:

Managing tenancy and property matters across a growing portfolio

Leading complex tenancy and property issues with confidence

Building strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and community partners

Ensuring compliance with legislation, policies, and best-practice standards

Supporting and mentoring team members as required

About You

You'll bring:

Significant experience in residential property management

Strong knowledge of tenancy legislation and compliance requirements

The ability to manage competing priorities effectively

Excellent communication skills and stakeholder engagement experience

Common sense, empathy, and a healthy sense of humour
