The Opportunity

We're looking for an experienced recruiter who knows the blue-collar mining market and is ready for the next step.

You'll take ownership of an established 180° recruitment desk, partnering with our national Business Development team to connect skilled mining professionals with opportunities across Australia's resource sector.

This role is ideal for someone who:

• Has proven recruitment experience
• Thrives building long-term candidate relationships
• Understands the pace and demands of blue-collar mining recruitment
• Wants greater influence and responsibility
• Has ambitions to step into leadership
• Wants a genuine career path, not empty promises

You'll be trusted to run your desk while receiving the coaching, support and development needed to progress into future Team Leader and Management opportunities.
