Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage projects from initiation through completion, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation strategies.
Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
Manage stakeholder relationships and provide regular project status updates.
Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks, issues, and dependencies.
Monitor project performance, track progress against milestones, and implement corrective actions when required.
Oversee project budgets, expenditures, and resource utilization.
Ensure compliance with organizational standards, policies, and project governance requirements.
Facilitate decision-making, problem-solving, and conflict resolution among project stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement through lessons learned, best practices, and mentoring of junior project team members.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
8-12 years of project management experience, including managing large-scale A&A Projects.
Proven experience leading cross-functional teams and multiple concurrent projects.
Experience in stakeholder and vendor management.
Strong project planning and execution skills.
Excellent leadership and people management abilities.
Advanced risk management and problem-solving skills.
