2. Key Responsibilities:

Specialty Coffee Craftsmanship: Efficiently operate top-tier commercial espresso machines and grinders; consistently dial-in, monitor extraction variables (yield, time), and texture milk to a high standard.

High-Volume Service: Maintain exceptional speed, accuracy, and presentation while handling a fast-paced morning rush.

Customer Experience & POS: Enthusiastically welcome customers, take orders accurately using the POS system, and handle payments smoothly.

Daily Operations & Floor Duties: Keep the coffee station and front-of-house clean, organized, and restocked (milk, beans, cups) at all times; assist with basic food handling or clear tables as needed.

Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with fellow team members to ensure fluid service and a positive, supportive work environment.

As a Barista, you will be the face and energy of our morning rush. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in serving high-quality specialty coffee without compromising on speed or customer experience. You will be operating top-tier commercial equipment, managing espresso extraction metrics, and multitasking between the coffee station and front-of-house duties to ensure a seamless service.

4. What We Are Looking For:

Experience: Minimum 2 years of barista and cafe experience within the Australian specialty coffee or high-volume hospitality sector.

Speed & Resilience: Proven ability to work efficiently and maintain a positive attitude in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.

Multitasking & Precision: Strong multitasking skills with sharp attention to detail and presentation.

Communication: Intermediate to advanced English speaking skills (clear, confident communication with both customers and team members)

Professionalism: A friendly, positive, and hospitable demeanor with professional presentation.

Availability: Flexible availability to work various shifts, including early mornings and weekends.
