We’re looking for someone who enjoys bringing order to busy environments, has exceptional attention to detail and is excited to begin (or continue) a career in Human Resources.
As our organisation continues to grow, so does our People & Culture team. We’re creating a brand-new Recruitment Administrator position to support our expanding workforce and provide an exciting entry point into HR.
This isn’t just another administration role. You’ll become an integral part of our People & Culture team, helping us recruit, onboard and welcome new employees who make a genuine difference in the lives of others every day.
The HYPAR Group is a collective of specialist organisations supporting at-risk young people, people with disability, and people seeking personal wellbeing and independence. Since its inception in 2008, HYPAR Group has grown into three core service providers, HYPAR, HYPAR Residential Care, and outdoormentorship service HYPAR WILD.
We offer a range of tailored supports, including Mentoring, Supported Independent Living (SIL), Disability Support, Residential Care, and Outdoor Mentorship to participants across Greater Brisbane and the surrounding South East Queensland region.

About the Role
Reporting to the People & Culture Officer, you’ll coordinate the administration of our end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring every candidate receives a professional experience and every new employee starts with everything they need.
You’ll be responsible for:
Coordinating recruitment campaigns and job advertisements
Scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications
Conducting reference checks
Coordinating pre-employment screening requirements
Preparing employment documentation and onboarding packs
Maintaining accurate employee records within Employment Hero
Supporting group recruitment activities during periods of organisational growth
Assisting with continuous improvement of recruitment and onboarding processes
About You
We’re less interested in whether you’ve worked in HR before and more interested in how you work.
You’ll be someone who:
Has exceptional attention to detail and genuinely enjoys getting the small things right
Is highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
Loves creating structure and keeping things running smoothly
Is confident communicating with people from all backgrounds
Takes pride in providing outstanding customer service
Learns new systems quickly and enjoys technology
Maintains confidentiality and professionalism at all times
Is proactive, dependable and enjoys working as part of a supportive team
Must have or ability to obtain the following certifications:
Paid Blue Card
Paid NDIS Worker Screening
QLD Driver's Licence
LCS2 Clearance (Child Safety Screening Check)
