We’re on the hunt for a Customer Experience (CX) Superstar to join a highly regarded and growing specialist finance business.

You’ll be the first point of contact for clients – the friendly, capable voice they remember – while gaining valuable exposure across lending, operations and post-settlement.

And when we say there are opportunities to progress, we genuinely mean it. We're recruiting this role because the person currently in it has just secured an exciting internal move into another area of the business!

What You’ll Be Doing

No two days will look exactly the same. You'll:

Answer client enquiries across phone, email and online chat with clarity, care and confidence

Help clients with loan-related enquiries and account updates

Support internal sales and operations teams

Assist with post-settlement tasks including loan maintenance and discharges

Help clients navigate online banking and digital platforms

Manage contract updates, documents and third-party enquiries

Spot issues before they escalate – and know when to flag them

Juggle multiple priorities while delivering a genuinely great client experience

What You’ll Bring

More than anything, we're looking for attitude, initiative and a genuine desire to learn.

You'll ideally have:

Customer service experience – banking, lending or finance experience is a big bonus

Excellent communication and people skills

A natural ability to build rapport and genuinely enjoy helping people

Strong organisation and attention to detail

A curious, adaptable and proactive approach

Confidence working autonomously while still being a great team player

Good general tech skills, including Word and Excel

Tertiary qualification in relevant field would be great - but not essential for the right person
