Attend to walk in clients, phone call enquiries, respond to email and text

Propose and recommend travel products according to clients needs

To provide assistance on prior and post departure requirements

Provide travel information and assist with visa applications when necessary

Ensure travel documents are processed accurately

To assist on company online and offline marketing activities

Willing to work on Sunday / Public holiday

Strong Communication skills

Motivated and able to work independently

Experience and knowledge of Travel Industry an advantage

Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin with the ability to handle enquiries from mandarin speaking clients
