This Customer Service position is a full-time front-of-office role working in a small easy going team to ensure the smooth daily flow of the customer service experience. Working with the Manager, Service Advisor and reporting directly to the owners, this position acts as the vital link between customers and technicians, coordinating bookings, parts, workflow and customer communication to maintain an organised, efficient and a positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities include taking vehicle bookings, scheduling jobs using MechanicDesk, coordinating parts, assisting with quoting and invoicing, monitoring stock and returns, supporting daily operational directives, and delivering exceptional customer service aligned with our values of being “Upfront and Reliable.”

This role supports the mechanics and administration team while ensuring every interaction reflects our high standards of organisation, care and professionalism.
