Key Responsibilities

Understand clients' hiring requirements and provide suitable recruitment solutions.

Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while developing new business opportunities.

Source, screen, interview, and shortlist candidates for IT, Banking, and Corporate positions.

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job briefing and candidate sourcing to offer management and onboarding.

Utilize job portals, social media, professional networks, referrals, and other sourcing channels to attract quality candidates.

Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline to support current and future hiring needs.

Coordinate interviews and provide timely updates to both clients and candidates.

Achieve individual recruitment KPIs and contribute to team performance.

Key Requirements

Diploma or Degree in any discipline.

Strong communication, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.

Self-motivated, independent, resilient, and target-driven.

Able to work in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment.

Passionate about recruitment and building a successful career in talent acquisition.

Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, preferably within a recruitment agency specializing in IT, Banking, or Corporate hiring, is an advantage.

Salary Range

· $4,500 - $5,500 per month + commission
