Key Responsibilities

1. Aesthetic Consultations

Conduct comprehensive medical aesthetic consultations.

Understand each client's concerns, expectations, medical history and aesthetic objectives.

Assess suitability, contraindications and risks before recommending treatment.

Develop personalised and clinically appropriate treatment plans.

Explain expected outcomes, limitations, risks, alternatives and aftercare clearly.

Decline or modify treatment where it is not clinically appropriate.

2. Medical Aesthetic Treatments

Perform aesthetic procedures within the doctor's demonstrated training, competence and applicable regulatory requirements, potentially including:

Botulinum toxin treatments

Dermal fillers

Skin boosters and injectable skin treatments

Collagen-stimulating treatments

Other approved medical aesthetic procedures introduced by NEUMA

Selected medical aesthetic device treatments as the practice expands

3. Patient Safety & Clinical Governance

Maintain high standards of patient safety and clinical care.

Obtain appropriate informed consent.

Maintain accurate and complete medical records.

Conduct appropriate pre-treatment assessment and post-treatment review.

Identify and manage adverse events appropriately.

Establish clear escalation and referral protocols where required.

Participate in clinical audits, SOP development and continuous quality improvement.

Ensure personal practice complies with applicable SMC guidelines, professional standards and NEUMA clinical protocols.

Requirements

Singapore Medical Council (SMC) Full Registration

Medical Degree recognized by Singapore MOH

More than 5 years experience and Certificate of Competence (COC) for Aesthetic Procedures such as Light Therapy, Filler, Botox, Peel, Skin Boosters, Machines
