About the Role

• Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing team
• Oversee operational performance, client KPIs and service delivery
• Build and maintain strong relationships with insurers and key clients
• Drive business growth, client retention and new opportunities
• Implement new systems and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
• Manage financial and operational targets
• Ensure compliance, quality and safety standards are consistently maintained

About You
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced insurance building leader looking to take ownership of a state operation and play a key role in its continued growth.

• 5+ years experience in Operations or State Management, ideally within insurance building
• Candidates with residential or commercial construction experience looking to take the next step will also be considered
• Strong knowledge of the building insurance industry preferred
• Proven leadership and client relationship management skills
• Strong commercial and financial acumen
• Excellent communication, organisation and problem-solving abilities
• Customer-focused with a proactive approach
