We're looking for an Account Manager with at least 2 years' digital marketing experience and a solid foundation in SEO.
This is a client-facing role focused on building strong relationships, delivering an exceptional client experience, and helping our clients achieve long-term success. You'll work closely with our SEO and Google Ads specialists to help shape campaign strategy, communicate results, identify opportunities, and ensure clients feel supported and confident in the work we're doing.

What the role looks like day-to-day
No two days are the same. One day you might be presenting a monthly report to a client, the next you're coordinating updates with our SEO team, and the next you're helping onboard a new client or identifying opportunities to improve campaign performance.
Some things you'll get involved in:
Managing day-to-day communication with clients
Preparing and presenting monthly reports
Briefing our SEO and Google Ads team on updates
Helping onboard new clients and ensuring a smooth transition into the agency
Keeping our internal systems clean and updated
Researching ideas, best practices, and smarter ways of doing things
Identifying opportunities for growth, improvement, or additional services

Who we think will thrive in this role
Someone who:
Has a minimum of 2 years' experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency environment
Has SEO experience and a solid understanding of SEO fundamentals
Communicates well and enjoys building relationships with clients
Has an interest in SEO and Google Ads and is eager to continue learning
Is organised, reliable, and comfortable managing multiple moving parts at once
Works well remotely and can manage their own workload and priorities
Is adaptable and comfortable in a growing agency environment
Enjoys solving problems and finding practical solutions
