We publish 40–45 short-form videos a month across Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts, built mostly from talking-head and real sales call footage. Our founder (@assetfinanceguy) drives the ideas and scripts — we need someone who can take raw footage and turn it into sharp, high-retention content, fast.

What you'll actually be doing day to day:

Cutting 2 short-form videos per day from talking-head and sales call recordings

Cutting 5-6 new ad creatives per week

Adding captions, subtitles, hooks, and pattern interrupts that keep people watching

Occasionally adapting top organic videos into paid ad creative (we'll teach you the direct-response side if you haven't done it before)

Content planning with director

Building out a library of formats/templates that work, so we can move even faster

You'll be a strong fit if:

You're fast and instinctive in CapCut or Premiere — you don't need to be told exactly where to cut

You watch a lot of short-form content and could explain why a video is or isn't working

You want to work somewhere your output actually gets seen — this isn't shelved content

Bonus (not required):

You've cut creative for paid Meta ad campaigns before

You understand hook structures, CTAs, and direct-response principles

You know how to use Ads Manager
