Tour driving is about much more than getting passengers from A to B. We want our passengers to step off the coach feeling that their driver helped make their Tasmanian experience memorable.

Our Fleet

McDermott's operates a modern, high-quality and well-maintained coach fleet, and we take considerable pride in the vehicles we put on the road.

Our Tour Drivers are trusted with some of our best touring coaches and are expected to maintain the same high standards in presentation, cleanliness and care of their vehicle.

We believe professional drivers deserve professional equipment, and maintaining a safe, comfortable and quality fleet is an important part of the McDermott's standard.

This position is primarily being recruited for our busy touring season between September 2026 and April 2027.
