Don't miss this opportunity! We're looking for an outstanding Horticultural Support Coach to join our South West team as soon as possible.

This is more than a gardening role. You'll mentor, coach and support people with disability while working alongside them to maintain beautiful parks, gardens and outdoor spaces across the South West.

🌱 What you will be doing;

Coach and support employees with disability in a horticultural environment.

Maintain parks, gardens and outdoor spaces.

Mowing, whipper snipping, pruning, planting and grounds maintenance.

Build confidence, independence and workplace skills.

Lead by example and create a positive, safe and inclusive workplace.

Help plan daily work and keep the team motivated and productive.

💪 We're looking for someone who;

Loves working outdoors.

Has practical horticulture, landscaping or grounds maintenance experience.

Enjoys supporting and mentoring others.

Brings a positive attitude and strong work ethic.

Can work independently and as part of a team.

Has experience supporting people with disability or mental health challenges (highly regarded).

Qualifications in Horticulture, Conservation & Land Management, Environmental Science or similar are desirable, but relevant industry experience is equally valued.

Current C Class Driver’s Licence
