Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Industrial Designer / DTP Artist to join our growing signage and large-format printing team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing artwork, checking files before production and creating layouts for signage, printing and installation projects.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare artwork and signage layouts based on customer requirements

Conduct pre-press checks to ensure artwork is production-ready

Check dimensions, spelling, colours, resolution, bleed, cut lines, fonts and linked files etc.

Create visual layouts, mock-ups and production drawings

Make artwork amendments when required

Liaise with the Sales, Production, and Project teams to ensure artwork is completed accurately and on schedule.

Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines

Ensure all artwork is accurate before printing or fabrication

Maintain organised artwork files and follow company quality standards.

Requirements

Diploma or equivalent qualification in Graphic Design, DTP, or a related field.

Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Photoshop

Knowledge of SketchUp will be an added advantage

Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in graphic design, pre-press, artwork layout or signage layout

Experience in the signage, printing or advertising industry is preferred

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.

Good communication and teamwork skills

Able to work independently and manage multiple projects

Able to perform well in a fast-paced working environment
