Senior Property Manager | Northern Suburbs | Up to $100,800

An exciting opportunity has become available for an experienced Senior Property Manager to join a growing and supportive property management team in Melbourne's northern suburbs.

Managing a beautifully maintained local portfolio of just 147 properties, this role offers true end-to-end portfolio management with the opportunity to grow into a Team Leader position over time. If you're passionate about property management and enjoy building long-term relationships with your landlords and tenants, this could be the perfect next step.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Managing an end-to-end residential portfolio of approximately 147 properties
• Conducting leasing appointments and Entry, Routine and Exit Condition Reports
• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Coordinating maintenance and repairs
• Managing arrears, compliance and tenancy matters
• Delivering exceptional customer service across your portfolio
• Using PropertyMe and Inspection Express to manage daily workflows

What We're Looking For:

• Ideally 4+ years of Property Management experience
• Proven end-to-end portfolio management experience
• Genuine passion for Property Management and client service
• Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Ability to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Current Agent's Representative Certificate
• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle
