Dunbar Services is an established business with over 20 years of experience in WA and TAS. We established ourselves in SA (Salisbury) in May 2021 and are seeking an experienced administrator/bookkeeper who can take on this role and make it their own. This role is part time, Monday to Friday 9:30am to 2:30pm.

This is a multi faceted role where you will be responsible for:

Answering incoming calls and email enquiries

Accounts Receivable - including invoicing, receiving payments, monthly statements and following up outstanding accounts

Accounts Payable - entering invoices

Banking - weekly, daily bank recs

Data Entry - including timesheets into MYOB fortnightly and excel spreadsheets

General admin and office tasks

Training and Induction Record Management

Assisting of State and Office Manager with day-to-day and operational administration support as required

The successful applicant will have:

Previous experience in an administration role

Bookkeeping experience an advantage

Outstanding organisation, time management and communication skills

A positive ''can do" attitude and able to work in a small team environment

A strong understanding of customer service

Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures

High capacity for multi tasking

Excellent computer skills - Excel a must

Experience using MYOB preferable but not essential

Australian work rights required for this position
