About the Role

We are seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to lead growth, nurture client relationships, and expand our market presence across South Australia and Western Australia. In this role, you will deliver tailored medical gas and equipment solutions to healthcare partners, participate in tendering processes, and deliver safe-use technical training to key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

Drive Business Growth: Identify new prospects, qualify leads, and manage end-to-end process selling to secure new contracts and renewals.

Client Relationship Management: Maintain frequent engagement with existing clients, conduct safety and product usage training, and resolve operational issues promptly.

Territory Strategy & Tenders: Manage a structured sales funnel using CRM tools, participate in state trade shows, and contribute to government/health department tenders.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operations and customer service teams to align on asset requirements, contract setup, and market intelligence.

Safety & Compliance: Promote a strong safety culture and adhere to all regulatory standards and internal compliance policies.

What You Bring

3–4 years of experience in B2B sales, account management, or business development (preferably within solutions, healthcare, or technical service selling).

Proven track record of managing a sales pipeline, negotiating contracts, and achieving growth targets using process-selling techniques.

Exceptional communication skills with the ability to engage stakeholders across all levels of the medical and healthcare sectors.

Strong organizational ability to autonomously manage schedule, travel commitments, and client CRM records.

Aptitude for learning and demonstrating technical or medical products and safety procedures.

Tertiary qualifications in business, health, or a related field are welcome but not essential.
