About the role:

FrontLine is growing, and we're looking for an experienced, driven leader to take the reins of our Mowing & Gardening Service Delivery Section in Brisbane.

This is more than a supervisory role. As a Section Leader, you'll build and lead a high-performing Section of of multiple on site Teams from the ground up, growing our current single-operator runs into multiple two-person teams, with the goal of expanding to 6+ teams over time. You'll own the operations, lead the people, and play a direct role in shaping the future of our service delivery division.

Your day-to-day will involve:

Manage scheduling and daily operation performance

Coordinate daily requirements with Team Leaders, including travel time, downtime, and quality reporting

Conduct on-site quality inspections fortnightly across all sites and ensure issues are resolved promptly

Recruit, train and develop Team Leaders and Team Members across your Section

Build a positive, high-performing team culture that reflects FrontLine's values

Manage rosters, monitor working hours, and ensure accurate payroll submissions

Performance manage employees in collaboration with the Group Manager

Maintain compliance with SWMS, vehicle/equipment maintenance, registrations and insurance, and audit-readiness at all times

What we’re looking for from you:

Proven leadership experience within a service delivery, customer communication, or field services environment

Strong ability to work cooperatively and collaboratively in a team environment, proactively sharing information, however also work autonomously at times

Strong administrative and organisational skills with a process-improvement mindset

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to lead teams and manage client relationships

Strong written communication skills

Curiosity and confidence to ask questions when unsure

Proficiency with cloud-based tools (e.g. Smartsheet, Xero, or similar platforms) is desirable

Required licenses:

Current drivers license

Police Check
