Every day, we help men and women regain their confidence through industry-leading medical and non-medical treatments. We're now looking for an enthusiastic, organised and customer-focused Receptionist to become the welcoming face of our South Melbourne studio.

About the Role

As the first point of contact for our clients, you'll play an important role in creating a warm, professional and caring experience from the moment they walk through our doors or contact our studio.

This is a varied position where no two days are the same. You'll enjoy a mix of reception, administration and client service responsibilities while supporting our experienced clinical and management team.

This is a permanent part-time position, working approximately 21-25 hours per week, including an alternating Saturday roster. Flexibility to support the needs of the business is appreciated.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome clients and provide a warm, professional first impression.

Manage appointments and general reception duties.

Answer incoming calls and respond to client enquiries with confidence and professionalism.

Provide administrative support to the clinical and management team.

Process payments and maintain accurate client records.

Coordinate day-to-day studio administration and ensure the reception area is organised and inviting.

Liaise with management and assist with a variety of administrative tasks as required.

Work independently while contributing positively to a supportive team environment.

Deliver an exceptional client experience at every opportunity.

About You

You are someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy environment and takes pride in delivering outstanding customer service.

To be successful, you'll have:

Previous experience in a receptionist, administration or customer service role (minimum 12 months preferred).

A friendly, confident and professional manner, both in person and over the phone.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks.

Experience processing payments and handling cash accurately.

Intermediate Microsoft Office skills, particularly Word and Excel.

High attention to detail and excellent time management.

The ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise discretion.

A proactive attitude and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

A genuine passion for helping people and creating positive client experiences.

Experience within the medical, allied health, beauty or wellness industries is highly regarded but not essential.
