About the role
Responsible for the daily running of a Student Care Centre, including programme planning, curriculum development and implementing health & safety procedures.
Key responsibilities
Staff supervision and mentoring
Active network and relationship building with the parents and stakeholders
Be responsible for the overall smooth operation of Centre, meet the student enrolment targets
Report to management on student enrolment, operational expenses, manpower and training
Prepare regular reports to management on enrolment, staffing, expenses and programmes
Any other ad-hoc duties as delegated by Centre Director
About you
Minimum diploma and above
Possess excellent work ethics and integrity
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
At least 2 years of experience working with children
Those with supervisory experience will have an advantage
Possess a passion to reach out to and empower children and a self-motivated team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
