Responsibilities:

Manage distributor sales targets across assigned markets and product lines

Develop and grow appointed overseas markets through strategic planning and execution

Conduct market analysis on competitors’ products, pricing, and sales strategies to identify opportunities

Drive product profitability by managing sales performance, pricing strategy, and inventory levels

Develop marketing strategies including product positioning and messaging to strengthen market presence

Achieve targeted business share and growth by product categories

Build brand equity through effective execution of marketing and promotional activities

Oversee inventory, sales, and purchase management to support healthy stock planning and demand fulfilment

Coordinate product launches and promotional campaigns for overseas markets (e.g. SEA)

Support ad-hoc duties and tasks assigned by management as required

Key Requirements:

Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline

Relevant experience in sales and/or marketing (consumer products/ beauty/ home appliances is preferred)

Knowledge of business accounting and P&L management will be an advantage

Strong analytical skills with good attention to detail
