Currently seeking reliable and safety focused Loader Operator to join a busy concrete production team based in Bunbury.

About the Role:

• Operate front-end loader to load materials into the plant and trucks
• Assist with daily concrete batching operations
• Monitor product quality and ensure compliance with safety standards
• Perform basic plant maintenance and housekeeping
• Opportunity to be upskilled into batching operations
• Work Monday to Friday with 8-hour shifts, plus every second Saturday for 4 to 5 hours.

About You:

• Valid Front-End Loader Ticket (essential)
• Forklift Licence (desirable)
• Previous experience in concrete, quarry, or similar industries desirable
• Willingness to learn and upskill into a Batching Operator role
• Able to complete a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screen
