Westfill is an established Western Australian distributor for products to many of Australia’s leading mining and underground operations. We're now looking for a commercially driven leader to take our Products Division to its next stage of growth. If you're an ambitious business developer who wants to own a division with real autonomy, an established customer base, and genuine runway, we want to hear from you.

As the Products Manager you will report directly to the General Manager of Westfill.

What you'll do:

• Own the Products Division — its customers, its revenue, its margin, and its P&L
• Grow existing accounts and win new business across the mining and underground sectors
• Build and deepen relationships with mine-site procurement and engineering teams
• Manage pricing and gross-profit margin with commercial discipline
• Oversee international supply chain — importing steel products from manufacturers— working closely with logistics function to ensure reliable delivery
• Manage supplier relationships, lead times and landed-cost economics across international freight, duty and FX
• Lead and develop the division as it scales

What you'll bring:

• A proven track record in B2B business development — opening and growing accounts, ideally selling into mining, underground or heavy industry
• Sound understanding of international logistics and importing — sourcing from Asian manufacturers and managing freight, customs, lead times and landed cost
• Strong commercial acumen
• Established relationships within the WA resources sector (or the ability to build them quickly)
• Credibility with technical buyers — knowledge of steel and industrial products used in mining and underground applications
• The drive of a builder — someone energised by growing a business
• Experience with Pronto or similar ERP software systems

Requirements:

• Current manual Driver's Licence
• Right to work in Australia
• Willingness to travel to remote sites (site access clearances will be required)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical to include Drug and Alcohol test
• Provide a National Police Clearance in the past 6 months or be willing to apply for one
