Prepare periodical customer report and support Customer Quality Engineer in customer presentation material preparation.

Monitor production status and download production data

Compile production/supplier data into customer weekly report

Compile production data into outgoing data report

Checks if production data complies to customer specification

Conducts preliminary data analysis if production data against Cpk and SPC rules as required by the customer

Coordinate with production and Customer Quality Engineer for production data related items

Assist Customer Quality Engineer in customer data package preparation.

Requirements:

Diploma in Engineering or other related fields (Entry level with a good understanding of data encoding and statistical analysis are welcome to apply)

Knowledgeable in Microsoft Office application

Proficient in Microsoft Excel and can execute simple statistical analysis.

Knowledge on macro application

Knowledge on Minitab or any statistical tool application.
