Equipment Maintenance Engineer - Thin Film, Etch, Diffusion
12hrs Shift work, 8am-8pm / 8pm-8am
Location: Pasir Ris
Gross Salary: $5000 - $7000
Responsibilities:
Monitor equipment performance and take timely action on in-line SPC alerts, defects, equipment abnormalities, and lot handling issues.
Maintain equipment capability and performance to support production requirements and meet production demand.
Work closely with Production and Process Engineers to balance equipment availability, production needs, troubleshooting, and scheduled maintenance.
Troubleshoot equipment issues and implement corrective actions to minimize downtime and production impact.
Support production quality improvement by identifying and resolving equipment-related issues.
Monitor equipment performance and identify opportunities to improve reliability, efficiency, and productivity.
Evaluate new equipment and materials, and support equipment retrofits to enhance efficiency and production quality.
Maintain accurate equipment records and reports, and support other engineering activities as assigned.
Requirements:
Relevant experience in semiconductor manufacturing or equipment maintenance.
Knowledge of semiconductor wafer fabrication processes such as Thin Film, Etch, or Diffusion
Able to commit shift work arrangement.
