HubSpot CRM Specialist
$85,000–$95,000 + Super | Sydney | Full-Time | Hybrid
Looking for a HubSpot role that’s a little more exciting than the norm?
We’re partnering with a highly regarded organisation in the live entertainment and theatre industry to find a hands-on HubSpot CRM Specialist to join their Sydney team.
This is one of those organisations where culture genuinely matters. It’s fun, fast-moving, creative and collaborative, with people who enjoy what they do and enjoy working together.
You’ll work across Marketing, PR, Ticketing, Production and Finance, with regular exposure to senior leadership and the CEO. That means you’re not buried three layers down in a large corporate structure — you’ll have visibility, responsibility and the opportunity to see how your work impacts the wider business.
For someone looking to build their HubSpot expertise and take the next step in their career, this is a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience, work with senior decision-makers and grow within a dynamic and exciting industry.
About the Role
You’ll become the go-to person for the day-to-day management and ongoing improvement of HubSpot across the business.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll help ensure customer and audience data is accurate, campaigns are delivered effectively and HubSpot continues to evolve as a valuable business tool.
You’ll have the opportunity to take ownership, improve processes, build automation and work closely with teams across the organisation.
What You’ll Be Doing
Manage the day-to-day administration and optimisation of HubSpot CRM.
Maintain accurate and well-structured customer and audience data.
Build and manage contact lists, segmentation and CRM properties.
Create, test, schedule and QA email and EDM campaigns.
Build, maintain and improve HubSpot workflows and automation.
Manage database hygiene, including duplicates, bounced contacts, imports, exports and data cleansing.
Create HubSpot reports and dashboards to provide meaningful business insights.
Work closely with Marketing, PR, Ticketing, Production, Finance and senior leadership to understand their CRM requirements.
Help internal teams make better use of customer and audience data.
Identify opportunities to automate repetitive processes and improve efficiency.
Support internal HubSpot users and help drive best practices across the business.
Continuously look for ways to improve how HubSpot is used rather than simply maintaining the status quo.
About You
You’ll have genuine hands-on HubSpot experience and be looking for an opportunity where you can continue developing your skills while taking on more responsibility.
Ideally, you’ll have:
Around 1–3+ years of hands-on HubSpot experience.
Experience building lists, segmentation, workflows and email campaigns.
A good understanding of CRM data management and database hygiene.
Experience working with customer or audience data.
Confidence using Excel or Google Sheets.
Strong attention to detail.
Good organisational and communication skills.
A proactive attitude and willingness to solve problems.
The ability to work independently while collaborating across multiple teams.
Confidence communicating with people at all levels of an organisation, including senior leadership.
A genuine interest in developing your CRM and HubSpot career.
Experience within entertainment, theatre, events, ticketing, hospitality, travel, retail, eCommerce or another customer-focused environment would be highly regarded but is not essential.
