Are you meticulous, organized, and experienced in the Fire Protection industry? Join our team! We are looking for a motivated Tender & Operations Executive (M&E / Fire Protection) to support our operations, tender submissions, and daily administration.
Key Responsibilities
Tendering & Costing: Prepare quotations, sales orders, cost comparisons, project budgeting, and full tender submissions.
Sourcing & Negotiation: Connect, source, and negotiate with suppliers and subcontractors to secure competitive pricing.
Project & Operations Support: Assist in seamless project handovers and generate regular tender status reports.
Administrative Support: Oversee daily office administration, maintain organized filing/record-keeping, and handle ad-hoc operational tasks.
Requirements
Education: Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Civil/Mechanical Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in the Fire Protection industry.
Skills & Attributes:
Detail-oriented, meticulous, and resourceful.
Strong ability to work independently and manage tight deadlines effectively.
Strong organizational and negotiation skills.
