  • Translate strategic priorities into clear actionable plans and meaningful outcomes.
  • Coach and develop managers to strengthen capability.
  • Identify opportunities to improve service delivery and long-term sustainability.
  • Bring different perspectives together to support well-considered decisions.
  • Consistently demonstrate and role-model a high performance, outcome-focused approach
  • Maximise occupancy levels
  • Maximise revenue (AN-ACC) and manage costs effectively
  • Develop and maintain an effective, empowered and efficient team to meet the key result areas of the strategic plan.

About you

  • Significant senior leadership experience within aged care in a multi-site role.
  • The ability to operate strategically while remaining connected to the practical realities of the operating landscape.
  • Commercial acumen and a sound understanding of financial, operational and governance considerations.
  • The emotional intelligence to build trust, manage sensitive matters and engage confidently with people at all levels.
  • Sound judgement, strong leadership capability, and the ability to lead decisively through complexity while remaining open to different perspectives.
  • Detailed knowledge and understanding of contemporary issues impacting the aged care sector
  • High level interpersonal, written, presentation and negotiation skills including ability to liaise and negotiate with key stakeholders.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to embrace technology
  • Current AHPRA registration (ideal)

Additional information we think you’ll love:

  • Flexible working arrangements, including a 9 day fortnight, work-from-home options and additional annual leave.
  • A senior role with real organisational impact and genuine influence.
  • Reports directly to the CEO, and also has a supportive Board.
