The Role:
In this role, you'll support Managers and Directors across a portfolio of large clients, helping to build strong client relationships while delivering a mix of compliance and advisory services. You'll also have the opportunity to mentor junior staff and contribute to strategic projects that go beyond the numbers.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review financial statements and complex tax compliance work for large clients

Contribute to advisory services including tax planning, business restructuring, and other value-add solutions

Liaise directly with clients to build strong relationships and deliver high-quality service across a large-client portfolio

Train, review, and manage workflow for junior accountants

Qualifications & Experience:

CA or CPA qualified (or currently completing)

Minimum 4+ years of experience in Australian public practice

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Experience with Xero or MYOB is preferred
