Duration: 1 + 1 year, extendable/convertible

Working Location: Tengah Plantation Plaza

Working hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Friday) (May be required to work beyond 6pm and during weekends when necessary, only during peak period)

Job Duties

Manage a team including managing, tracking, attending to Centralised Cooling System (CCS) issues inside HDB dwelling units (DUs).

Take the lead in attending to high profile and sensitive cases; and ensure quick resolution and customers’ inconvenience is minimized.

Work closely with cross functional teams and various stakeholders including customers, contractors, agencies and ensure effective execution of works and resolution of issues

Able to use various IT systems tools, MS Office applications and data to streamline and resolve issues and administration

Continuously strive to create a high-performance team, based on solid, ethical fundamentals and develop a culture of excellence.

Manage, track and analyse budgets, forecasting, scenario planning, allocation, and optimization for the business unit

Facilitate communication and negotiation with stakeholders and project cohort, including preparing regular reports

Requirements

At least a degree with 6 to 8 years of project management or operations experience

Strong project management experience with the ability to effectively manage the team, time, multi-task and prioritise tasks.

A tactical and strategic thinker who can work independently, results oriented and attentive to details

Energetic, collaborative, and proactive; a team player and leader who can positively impact strategic and operational initiatives

Strong time management and problem-solving skills, adaptable to changing priorities, conditions, and copes well with complexity and change
