Your responsibilities will include:

• End-to-end management of approximately 110 residential properties
• Conducting routine, entry and exit inspections
• Managing rental arrears and tenant communication
• Coordinating maintenance and working closely with contractors
• Processing applications, leasing and tenant onboarding
• Trust accounting and receipting
• Building strong, long-term relationships with landlords
• Ensuring compliance with Queensland residential tenancy legislation

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience managing a residential portfolio from start to finish
• Confidence managing arrears, maintenance and trust accounting
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise effectively
• Experience using Ailo CRM (highly regarded but not essential)
• Current Queensland Certificate of Registration
• Current driver's licence
