About the role

We are looking for a dependable Pick & Packer to support our warehouse operations. This is a hands-on role where accuracy, consistency, and work ethic matter. You will play a key role in making sure orders go out correctly and on time. Our mantra is getting the 'Right Parts, to the Right Place at the Right Time'!

Previous pick and pack experience is preferred but not essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities

Pick and pack customer orders accurately and efficiently

Check and verify parts against order requirements

Complete and maintain clear, accurate handwritten notes on manifests and paperwork

Assist with receiving, unloading, and storing incoming stock

Maintain warehouse organisation and cleanliness

Support stock counts and inventory accuracy

Work closely with the team to meet daily dispatch targets

What We're Looking For

Reliability - Shows up consistently and gets the job done properly each day

Attention to Detail - High level of accuracy in picking, packing, and documentation

Handwriting - Neat and legible handwriting for manifests and manual records

Work Ethic - Willing to put in a solid day's work and take pride in output

Physical Capability - Comfortable with manual handling and being on your feet and the ability to safely lift and handle boxes up to 30kg as required.

Attitude - Positive, team-oriented, and willing to learn

Mindset - Looking for a long-term role with a company they can grow with

Australian citizenship is required for this position.

Prefer someone with a drivers license as we're located in an area that is not convenient via public transport.
