A highly respected supplier to the construction industry is searching for a senior Business Development Manager to join its growing Perth team. Key Responsibilities

Develop and grow relationships with builders, contractors and trade customers.

Identify and secure new business opportunities across the Perth market.

Maintain regular face-to-face customer visits and site meetings.

Prepare quotations and follow up sales opportunities.

Work closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional customer outcomes.

Become a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and providing practical solutions.

Manage your sales pipeline and achieve agreed growth targets.

Represent the business professionally across the construction industry.

Build long-term partnerships that generate repeat business and referrals.

Continuously develop your product and industry knowledge through ongoing training.

What We're Looking For

Success in this role will come down to attitude far more than product knowledge.

The ideal candidate will bring:

Experience in sales within the construction, building materials or associated industries.

A genuine passion for the construction industry.

A naturally enthusiastic, energetic and positive personality.

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.

Confidence speaking with builders, contractors and trade professionals.

A proactive approach with strong commercial awareness.

Self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously.

A current driver's licence.

Salary and Benefits

$110,000–$125,000 + Super 12% + Car Allowance OR Company Car + Bonus
