🔧 What You’ll Do

Maintain & troubleshoot M&E systems (ACMV, electrical systems, sanitary & plumbing, fire protection systems, and building works).

Perform routine checks, emergency repairs, and daily operations support.

Supervise contractors to ensure quality and compliance.

Manage and follow up on rectification, capex, and project works, and report to management in a timely manner.

Champion safety through inspections, fire drills, and system renewals.

Support additional tasks to keep facilities future-ready.

🎯 What We’re Looking For

Education: NITEC / Higher NITEC or Certifications in building services engineering or a related field.

Experience: 2–3 years in facilities maintenance or in a similar role.

Skills: Strong technical expertise in the maintenance and repair of HCMV, plumbing, electrical, and security systems.

Mindset: Problem-solver, team player, forward-thinking.

Certification: Fire Safety Manager (required).

Commitment: Willingness to work a 5.5-day week (including Saturdays, half-day).
