About the role

We are seeking a highly organised, friendly and patient oriented Receptionist/Shoe Fitting/Sales Assistant to join our team at the Active Foot Clinic in Wagga Wagga, NSW. As a full-time team member, you will play a vital role in creating a welcoming and efficient experience for our patients and customers.

What you'll be doing

Providing excellent customer service and a friendly first point of contact for patients and customers, both in person and over the phone

Managing the clinic's reception area, including greeting visitors, handling appointment bookings, and coordinating patient flow

Assisting with shoe fittings and sales, ensuring customers find the right footwear to meet their needs

Performing administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and inventory management

Contributing to the overall smooth operation of the clinic by working as a cohesive administration team and supporting the clinical team as required

What we're looking for

Previous experience in a health/medical receptionist role

A genuine interest in footwear and a commitment to providing high-quality customer care

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to ensure efficient, high functioning front end with the ability to engage with a diverse range of clients

Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively

Proficiency in using computer systems, practice and retail software
