The Opportunity
You'll take ownership of projects from feasibility through to final account, working closely with blue-chip private and public sector clients across a diverse portfolio that includes:

• Commercial & Workplace
• Education
• Health
• Defence
• Industrial & Logistics
• Residential & Mixed-Use
• Hotels & Hospitality
• Government & Civic Infrastructure

You'll be trusted to manage client relationships, mentor junior surveyors and play a key role in delivering commercially successful outcomes on projects ranging from boutique developments to multi-billion-dollar programmes.

What You'll Be Doing

• Delivering full pre and post-contract Quantity Surveying services
• Cost planning, estimating and feasibility studies
• Procurement strategy and tender management
• Contract administration and commercial advice
• Managing variations, progress claims and final accounts
• Building strong relationships with clients, consultants and contractors
• Supporting and mentoring junior team members

What We're Looking For

• Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or a related discipline
• Consultancy/PQS experience within Australia or overseas
• Strong pre and post-contract capability
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
• MRICS, AIQS or working towards professional accreditation is highly regarded
