THE ROLE:

• Managing day-to-day landlord and tenant communications
• Coordinating maintenance requests and contractor management
• Lease renewals, rent reviews, and arrears management
• Processing tenancy documentation and compliance requirements
• Managing vacates and lease administration
• Building strong relationships with landlords and tenants
• Delivering exceptional customer service across the portfolio

ABOUT YOU:

• Current QLD Real Estate Certificate of Registration
• Previous experience in Property Management, Property Management Administration, Leasing, or as an Assistant Property Manager
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Excellent organisation and time management
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to build strong relationships with landlords, tenants, and contractors
