Job Title: Brewer
Industry: F&B
Work Location: Changi / Harbourfront / Sembawang
Working Hours: 5-6 days per week, according to outlet
Job Responsibilities
Prepare and brew coffee, tea and other beverages according to outlet’s standard recipes and procedures.
Ensure consistency in beverage quality, taste and presentation.
Operate and maintain brewing equipment and ensure all equipment is kept clean and in good working condition.
Prepare toast, eggs and other food items when required.
Assist with cashiering and order taking.
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the beverage station, kitchen and outlet.
Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety standards.
Ensure sufficient stock of coffee, tea, ingredients and other supplies at the workstation.
Provide friendly and efficient customer service.
Work closely with other team members to ensure smooth daily outlet operations.
Perform other duties as assigned by the Outlet Manager or Supervisor.
Job Requirements
No prior experience required; training will be provided.
Previous experience in F&B, beverage preparation or coffee brewing is an advantage.
Customer-service oriented and a good team player.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable standing for long periods and working in a warm kitchen environment.
Willing to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
Willing to take Food Hygiene Course if not certified
