About the role

As a Senior Mortgage Broker and Home Loans Advisor at LendUs, you will play a pivotal role in assisting clients via our modern home loans platform. This is a full-time, hybrid role based in Sydney, where you will be providing expert guidance and tailored financial solutions to customers throughout the mortgage process.

What you'll be doing

Assisting clients with all aspects of home loan applications, from pre-approval to final settlement.

Conducting detailed financial assessments to understand each customer's unique needs and goals.

Researching the market to identify the most competitive and appropriate mortgage products.

Interacting with clients via the LendUs digital platform to deliver them a streamlined digital broking experience.

Working collaboratively with a cross-functional team of product managers, designers, engineers and brokers to optimise and enhance the technology platform.

Maintaining strong relationships with customers and providing ongoing support and advice.

Staying up-to-date with changes in the mortgage and finance industry.

What we're looking for

Minimum 4 years' experience as a mortgage broker or home loans advisor.

Comprehensive knowledge of the Australian mortgage and finance sector.

Exceptional customer service and client relationship management skills.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Relevant finance-related qualifications (e.g. Certificate IV in Finance and Mortgage Broking).

Motivated and results driven mindset.
