Position Details
Tuesday to Saturday
9:00am – 5:30pm
Immediate Start & Training Available
Office based in Hallam
As our Leasing Agent, you’ll be the face of our rental department – meeting prospective tenants, conducting inspections, and delivering high level service to Rental Providers and Renters alike.

Your Responsibilities
• Conduct open for inspections and routine inspections
• Complete entry and exit condition reports
• Process and follow up rental applications
• Coordinate keys and property access
• Conduct Minimum Standards checks on all online properties and new business
• Support the Property Management team
What We’re Looking For
• Agent’s Representative Certificate (Vic)
• Reliable car & current driver’s licence
• Confident communicator
• Well presented & organised
• Motivated, energetic and proactive
• Available for an immediate start
