Job Summary

We are seeking a Finance Assistant to support day-to-day finance operations, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, tax compliance, and audit coordination for our Singapore operations.

Key Responsibilities

Process daily accounting transactions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger entries.

Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.

Assist in the preparation of monthly and annual financial reports.

Support GST and corporate tax filing activities in compliance with IRAS requirements.

Coordinate with external auditors and prepare supporting documentation for audits.

Provide administrative and operational support to the Finance team as required.

Assist with ad hoc finance projects and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.

1 to 2 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or finance-related experience.

Basic understanding of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS) and Singapore tax requirements.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with accounting software.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail, good organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
