This is a role for a design-savvy professional with a passion for luxury interiors and a talent for building relationships. You will be the face of the brand, providing an exceptional, design-led experience for every client.

Key Responsibilities

Represent the brand with a customer-first approach, ensuring every interaction reflects the brands commitment to design excellence

Meet and exceed sales goals by converting inquiries from e-commerce and trade business development

Become a product expert, knowing all customisation options, lead times and limitations

Manage the full client journey from initial inquiry to post-sale follow-up

Cultivate long-term relationships and repeat business with both direct and trade customers

Assist in visual merchandising and day to day upkeep within the showroom

Stay up to date on market trends and collaborate with internal teams to provide valuable feedback that supports continuous business improvement

Skills & Experience

Prior experience in sales, showroom, or account management experience, ideally within the luxury interiors or premium product environment

Proven track record of working towards and achieving sales targets with a consultative approach

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

Adept at managing client relationships and fostering loyalty, particularly with trade professionals like designers and architects

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Proficiency with CRM, POS, and digital communication platforms
