Job Description:

We are currently chasing 2 drivers, an experienced and dedicated local truck driver and long distance HC/MC truck driver to join our team. The successful local driver candidate will be responsible for operating semi-trailers, B-double trailers, and transporting oversize loads within South East Queensland, the long distance driver will be responsible for operating semi-trailers, B-double trailers, and transporting oversize loads Australia wide. These roles requires professional drivers with a strong understanding of road safety, compliance regulations, and the ability to handle oversized freight.

If you follow our facebook page, you know we transport alot of general freight, oversize loading, extendable work, road trains, etc.

This is hard and dirty work, but very rewarding. Every day is different.

We do have a training program for all new drivers.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely operate semi-trailers and B-double trailer sets, also transporting a variety of over-width and over-length loads.

Conduct pre-trip inspections to ensure the vehicle is in top condition.

Secure and load cargo in compliance with safety regulations.

Manage required documentation, including EWD logbooks and delivery paperwork.

Communicate effectively with the operations team and clients, providing updates as required.

Adhere to all relevant road and traffic laws, maintaining a high standard of driving.

Report any issues or incidents to the management team promptly.

Requirements:

Valid HC or MC Driver’s License.

Experience with securing loads, or willing to learn.

Use of EWD and electronic POD's.

Strong focus on safety.
