As part of our strategic international expansion, we have officially entered the Malaysian market with our first direct-operated store at XX Malaysia Kuala Lumpur SKYAvenue, opened in February 2026. We are looking for a dedicated Operations Manager to build and lead our team in Malaysia, driving our brand's growth in Southeast Asia.

Key Responsibilities

Sales & Performance: Break down and drive the achievement of sales targets for each store in Malaysia.

Team Management: Lead end-to-end recruitment, training, and personnel management for store teams.

Strategy & Coaching: Develop operational strategies and coach store managers on effective sales and supervisory techniques.

Market Intelligence: Regularly monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance and market information.

Operations & Compliance: Conduct store inspections to ensure property safety and adherence to company SOPs.

Financial Support: Assist in financial management, including accounts receivable collection and inventory safety.

Brand Standards: Execute and maintain store image and visual merchandising standards in line with company branding.

Marketing Support: Collaborate with management on store promotion and marketing plans.

Policy Enforcement: Ensure all employees observe company protocols and policies.

Reporting: Provide regular progress updates, including challenges and solutions, to your Manager.

Requirements

Experience: Minimum 3 year of sales management experience in jewelry or chain retail (e.g., clothing, cosmetics, etc.).

Age: Below 42 years old.

Business Acumen: Strong business and market awareness with excellent resource integration and promotion capabilities.

Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Language: Good command of spoken English and Mandarin; basic written Chinese is required.
