Your Role, Your Influence:
Managing and maintaining a portfolio of assigned client accounts, ensuring strong relationships and regular communication
Identifying client needs and providing tailored recruitment solutions that address their business requirements
Developing and implementing account strategies to maximise client satisfaction and revenue growth
Conducting regular account reviews and providing clients with performance reports and insights
Liaising between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery and resolution of any issues
Proactively seeking opportunities to expand services within existing accounts and cross-sell recruitment solutions
Preparing proposals, quotations and contracts for new and existing clients
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date account records and client information in the CRM system
Contributing to the achievement of team and company sales targets and objectives
The Ingredients for Success:
Proven experience in account management, client relationship management or a similar sales role, preferably within the recruitment or staffing industry
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and maintain professional relationships with clients at all levels
Demonstrated ability to identify client needs and propose appropriate solutions
Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office applications
A results-driven mindset with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to client service
Knowledge of the recruitment industry or willingness to learn about staffing solutions
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, sales or a related discipline
