About the Sadleirs Resources Team
Sadleirs Resources (SR) is our specialist transport division supporting Australia's energy-rich mining and resources sectors. Primarily servicing the Pilbara region, we move critical freight across regional and remote locations where reliability, planning and safety matter.

The Role: MC Driver (DIDO – Perth Based)
We are seeking experienced MC Drivers to join our Sadleirs Resources team in a permanent, full-time capacity.
This role offers a combination of long-haul and local driving work throughout the Pilbara and regional WA, supporting the safe and efficient transport of critical freight to mining, energy and resource sector customers.
Drive In Drive Out (DIDO) opportunities are available for Perth-based employees, with a variety of roster options to suit operational requirements, including:
10:4
7:7
12:2
11:3
For DIDO employees, Sadleirs provides either:
Single occupancy accommodation; or
An overnight allowance when staying in the truck
Your Responsibilities
Safely transport and load freight while following load restraint, loading and manual handling requirements
Ensure twist locks, flat rack locking pins and freight restraints are secured correctly
Complete pre-start inspections of vehicles and trailing equipment
Collect and deliver freight to customers, suppliers and operational sites
Process freight documentation including con-notes, load sheets and delivery paperwork
Complete Dangerous Goods documentation and display correct signage when required
Inspect loads for damage or issues and report findings promptly
Work closely with logistics coordinators, fleet controllers and site personnel
Maintain a strong commitment to safety, compliance and positive team culture
What You'll Need
Current Australian MC Driver's Licence
Minimum 2 years' heavy vehicle driving experience
Strong understanding of Load Restraint and Fatigue Management requirements
Ability to operate tablets and electronic systems
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to work autonomously and take ownership of tasks
Dangerous Goods Licence, Forklift Licence, MSIC Card, Load Restraint and Fatigue Management certifications are highly regarded
