About the Role

Are you a reliable, hands-on professional with a valid forklift licence? We are seeking a versatile Storeperson / Production Worker to join our team on a full-time basis.

In this dynamic, dual-function role, you will split your time between managing daily warehouse operations and assisting with manufacturing. You'll play a vital part in maintaining smooth inventory flow, accurate stock control, and efficient production output.

Key Responsibilities

Warehousing & Stock Control:

Operating forklifts safely to load, unload, and relocate goods/materials.

Accurate picking, packing, and dispatching of finished orders.

Managing stock levels, conducting regular stocktakes, and cycle counting.

Receiving incoming goods, inspecting for quality, and storing them correctly.

Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.

Production & Manufacturing:

Assisting on the manufacturing line with assembly, processing, or packaging tasks.

Supplying raw materials to production areas to keep operations running without downtime.

Performing basic quality control checks on finished goods.

Adhering strictly to Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) standards.

Skills & Experience

Requirements:

Licence: Current, valid High Risk Forklift Licence (LF) is essential.

Experience: Proven experience in a warehouse and/or manufacturing environment.

Physical Capability: High level of physical fitness, as manual handling is required.

Attributes: Strong attention to detail, reliability, and a proactive safety-first mindset.

Desirable (High Advantage):

Inventory Systems: Experience using digital Inventory Management Systems (IMS) or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software.
