Job Descriptions
Business Performance & Analysis
Monitor and analyze regional business and financial performance, including revenue, profitability, costs, pricing, and key business drivers.
Compare actual performance against budget, forecast, and previous year results, and identify key risks and opportunities.
Prepare management reports, presentations, and business performance updates for senior management.
Corporate Planning & Strategy
Support budgeting, forecasting, mid-term planning, and regional business strategy development.
Conduct market, industry, customer, and competitor analysis to identify business opportunities and risks.
Support the evaluation of investment opportunities, strategic initiatives, and business development projects.
Regional Coordination & Projects
Coordinate with overseas operating companies and corporate functions to gather information, align priorities, and follow up on key actions.
Support regional projects related to business transformation, operational improvement, sustainability, governance, and other corporate initiatives.
Work closely with stakeholders across different countries and functions to support regional management priorities.
Management Reporting & Other Support
Prepare presentations, briefing materials, and meeting documents for management discussions.
Support corporate planning, governance, and other ad hoc assignments as required.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Management, Law, or a related discipline.
3–8 years of relevant experience in corporate planning, business planning, FP&A, management reporting, business analysis, consulting, market research, or project management
JLPT N1/ N2 language proficiency is required to liaise closely with Japanese speaking HQ & stakeholders
Experience in a multinational or regional environment is an advantage.
Experience in manufacturing, industrial, energy, infrastructure, chemical, or related industries is an advantage.
